Your Taxonomy while in school will be Registered Nurse 163W00000X

You do not need to select any advanced taxonomy at this time, RN is fine just to get you into the system.

Address & Phone: Either choose your home address or the university for this time. It will be updated once you begin working.

Once you graduate you will then log in and update your Taxonomy to CRNA 367500000X
