Head of Performance

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Head of Performance oversees a team of media buyers regarding all acquisition marketing, strategy management, execution and optimization across channels for our clients. They're responsible for the business' day-to-day tactical and strategic operations to drive performance improvements and long term client retention.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work alongside the CEO to ideate and execute strategies to improve processes, grow team headcount and drive overall business revenue

  • Optimize team structure and processes in key areas such as role definition, hiring, onboarding, ongoing skill testing, performance management and reporting

  • Evaluate, develop and establish scalable team processes to meet ROAS Media’s company demands and challenges including tracking team revenue metrics in a scalable mannerLead and develop a team of Digital Marketing Specialists

  • Provide best-practice coaching in developing digital advertising campaigns and client liaison

  • Development of your team members by conducting 1:1s and implementing career development plans

  • Mentor team members, help in the execution of their duties and ensure their professional skills are constantly improving

  • You inspire, have a vision for future opportunities and add to our fun and youthful company culture

  • You are effective at addressing issues while celebrating wins

  • You are known for your creative thinking and proactively addressing problems with scalable solutions

  • Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment

  • Translate performance marketing information into strategic concepts, research and insights

  • Play a major analytical role in tracking and monitoring program performance against the business's overall goals and objectives

  • Support sales in helping to land key strategic clients and marketing to share insights that generate new leads for ROAS Media

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior experience in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including marketing, SEO, social media and other digital channels.

  • You have solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google/Facebook Analytics experience.

  • Possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.

  • Highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills.

  • Open minded, curious and a strong problem solver

  • Ability to synthesize complex ideas into actionable recommendations for senior executives

  • Deep understanding of Adwords & Facebook
