We’re looking for an experienced Client Director who’s ready to dive right into a fast-growing start-up environment. Our ideal Client Director has in-depth knowledge of executing digital marketing campaigns, with a strong background in Account Management and Client Relations. You will work alongside the management team to strategize client expansion, build client relationships, and lead communication with Key Accounts based across the globe.
Report on campaign results and take ownership of client communication
Analyze data, trends and client performance
Develop strategic pitches and consultative presentations
Collaborate with our internal Analytics team to understand our clients’ objectives in order to deliver advertising and business solutions, excellent service, and translate data to help our customers achieve their business goals
Provide guidance to media buyers and account managers on developing best practices for client communication and strategic insights delivery
4-6 years experience in Digital Marketing
Deep knowledge of analyzing campaign ROAS and other key measurements
Strong analytical skills that includes the ability to translate data into a story
Ability to demonstrate relationship management competencies including communication, project management and interpersonal skills
High level of empathy and ability to anticipate needs from your team members
Excellent writing and presentation skills
Experience in a fast-growing environment with exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
