Credit Recovery

Edgenuity

  • Students needing to recover failed grades or missing requirements will be placed in credit recovery during their SENIOR year.

  • Classes will be recovered in an online program called Edgenuity.

  • Edgenuity:


        1. Offers all subjects (English, History, Math, Science, Electives)

        2. DOES meet Graduation Requirements.

        3. DOES meet some 'A-G' College Admission Requirements

        4. DOES NOT Meet NCAA Requirements

        5. DOES NOT offer Honors or AP courses

    • Students should discuss their goals with their counselor and establish a plan.


Credit Recovery Schedule

  • During the School Day: Single Period

  • Meant for students with a few classes to make-up.

  • Students should aim to complete two classes a quarter.

  • As soon as students complete their courses, they can drop credit recovery.
