Steps to Enroll

  1. Meet with your school counselor to discuss your plan to take a college course. Together, you will make sure you are ready to take on the challenge of a college course and ensure the proposed course fits with your academic plan.


  1. Complete an Application to Riverside City College(RCC).


  1. Complete the School/Parent Approval form. Please fill out the form with all required info and email it to Eileen Guzman at emguzman@riversideunified.org or Lisa Kells at lkells@riversideunified.org as an attachment. Your parent/guardian must sign the form as well.

General Rules

  1. All classes taken at RCC are for college credit. Enrollment in these classes will establish a permanent college record. As a result, your grade will stay on your college transcript forever, so take the class seriously!

  2. As this is a college course, the student is responsible for all communication with instructors. Students must be responsible to advocate for themselves and communicate if there is an issue.

  3. Classes offered vary by semester

  4. Courses are transferable to most four-year universities (UC and CSUs)

  5. Enrollment fees and textbooks are FREE
