Various subject and grade-level resources, including SAT and AP prep.
On Tuesdays and Thursdays, all students will participate in Office Hours. This is a 42-minute timeframe embedded into the school day during which teachers and staff will offer various engagement and tutoring opportunities for students. Students will be able to choose a session with one of their teachers, club lead, etc. Most students will only be able to select from their scheduled teachers, and they are advised to schedule into the class where they need additional time or support.
Students should work with their 2nd period teachers if they have any questions.
To sign up for Office Hours, students will use Minga. Students have until Thursday each week to schedule themselves for the following week's Office Hours. Students who do not self-schedule by the deadline will be auto-scheduled to a class with a low or failing grade, and they will not be able to make any adjustements for that week. Students who self-schedule by the deadline are able to make changes to their Office Hours until the end of 1st period on the Office Hour day (Tuesday or Thursday).
Math tutoring is available every day for each math level. Students do not need to sign up- they are welcome to drop in and attend as needed. It's good practice to have a question or problem ready to review. Students are also encouraged to sign up for Office Hours with their teacher for additional help.
