Summer School 2024 Information

Summer School Information

The deadline to submit a signed application was Friday, March 15th. At this time, students can be placed on a waitlist. Space cannot be guaranteed for students who are added to the waitlist.

For any questions related to summer school or getting on the waitlist, please be sure to contact your school counselor directly.

Below are general dates and times for summer school at all RUSD high school sites. Students who were registered for summer school prior to the March 15th deadline or have gotten off the waitlist will be emailed specific course information closer to the start summer school. The email may come from an RUSD email the student doesn't recognize, so it is important that students check their school emails regularly so they do not miss out on pertinent information.

Summer school applications were provided by the counselor. The general information on this page is intended to help families of current 9th-12th grade students plan for summer school. Parents and students should reach out to the student's  counselor to determine which available courses would be best for the student to take based on their goals and needs.

Applications were provided by counselors around February. Any students who have failed or were failing a course were given a summer school form by their counselor. If a student's plan has changed or there has been a drop in grades, please reach out to your counselor about getting added to summer school/summer school waitlist.
