1. Inquiry & Record Submission:
Case managers are invited to submit student records including the current IEP and most recent evaluations to:

2. Record Review:
Our admissions committee carefully reviews all submitted documentation to determine whether Hopestone Academy can appropriately support the student’s needs.
3. Intake Meeting & Tour:
If the student appears to be a potential match, the student, family, and case manager are invited to:
Meet with our admissions team
Tour the program
Learn more about our program and supports.
This meeting allows us to understand the student’s strengths, needs, and goals.
4. Student Visit:
Following the intake, students who may be a good fit are invited to spend part of a school day visiting a classroom.
This experience helps the team determine if our environment is the right match for their success.
5. Admission Decision & Placement:
If both the family and the admissions team agree that Hopestone Academy is an appropriate placement, a letter of acceptance will be issued to the sending district.
