Sadly, our program is currently on hold while we try to identify new coaches so that we can support student teams.

Please consider coaching and applying on the district site to be a coach. This program is well loved and student interest has grown so much since 2016. We sent 4 teams to competitions most recently as the program expanded into the 3rd and 4th grades. We hate to see it not continue. Anyone over the age of 18 may apply.

Discuss the responsibilities and possible tournament dates with your family.
Complete the Student Application and return to Mrs. Hafers by TBD.

Hard copies of both the problem synopses and student application will be available outside of Mrs. Hafers's classrooms at both Cherry Hill and Roosevelt.
Applications must be hand written by students.
Completed applications may be returned to Mrs. Hafers's mailbox in the main office at either school .
Students who were on any of our Odyssey teams last year must still submit an application.

OOTM is a fun, creative competition for students in elementary school through college. River Edge has participated in the Odyssey of the Mind Challenge (OOTM) for 4+ years. Teams of 5-7 students compete in problem solving, both spontaneous and long term. There are regional, state and a world competition. Participation is not limited to CREATE students.
