When you first sign in, your screen may look a little empty but don't fret — it's completely normal!
The Riley Roo Way™ is designed to be fully personalized around your pet(s). That means there’s no pre-filled content or sample data—we believe your pet’s world should start with them not us.
To unlock everything the app can do, start by adding your first pet profile!
Can I use the app for multiple pets?
Yes. And if you’re one of those majestic multi-pet households managing a dog, a cat, a rabbit, and a gecko named Steve—we see you.
Each pet gets their own unique profile, their own care history, their own routines, and yes, their own space to shine. You’ll be able to toggle between them and coordinate care without mixing up who gets which meds or which one likes their ears scratched and which one bites.

Can I use the app for pets other than dogs or cats?
Yes—100%! The Riley Roo Way™ was built for all pets, not just the 'traditional' ones.
Whether you care for birds, bunnies, reptiles, goats, guinea pigs, horses, or anything in between, you can create a profile tailored to their unique needs. You can track routines, store records, invite helpers, and organize their care—just like you would for a dog or cat.
If they’re part of your family, they’re part of our world.
Can I access The Riley Roo Way™ on multiple devices?
Yes! Whether you’re checking a care request from your phone at the dog park, updating records from your tablet at home, or logging in on a different device while traveling—your pet’s world comes with you.
Your account is cloud-based and synced across devices, so as long as you have an internet connection you are good to go!
Everything stays up to date no matter where you log in.
Because care doesn’t just happen in one place—and now, your app doesn’t either.
I forgot my password! What now?
Happens to the best of us. Here’s a few quick steps on how to reset it:
1. Tap “Forgot Password” on the sign in screen.
2. Enter your email or mobile number (depending on which you used to create your account).
3. Check your inbox/SMS for a reset link and follow the instructions.
4. Set a new password and then sign back in using your updated information.
How do I update my email or account info?
Keeping your account up to date is easy—and totally in your control.
To update your email, name, or account details:
Tap your profile icon or go to Account Settings
Select Edit Account Info
Make your changes (email, name, etc.)
Tap Save
Your updates will take effect immediately, and you’ll stay logged in without disruption.
How do I manage notification settings?
You’re in control of what you hear from us.
To manage your notifications:
Go to Account Settings
Tap on Notifications
Toggle on or off the types of alerts you’d like to receive notifications on.
Your preferences will be saved automatically
On mobile devices:
You can manage push notification settings directly from your devices.
