How do I access The Riley Roo Way™? 

You can access The Riley Roo Way™ in a few simple ways:

1. Mobile App: download the app using the links provided or directly from the App Stores.

2. Web-Based Version

• Visit our website at www.rileyrooway.com

• Click on any button that displays the App Stores or the Web Version link. 

• A new tab will open where you can begin the sign-up process directly in your browser.

Your First Login - A Platform Overview.

When you first log in, your dashboard may look a little blank. Don’t worry — nothing’s broken. 

Pets are the heartbeat of The Riley Roo Way™ and the app is waiting for its star: Your Pet!

The moment you add one,  The Riley Roo Way™ comes to life. 

Here's how: 

'My Pets' Dashboard – your home base, spotlighting what matters most right now - 'Your Pets' - giving you quick ways to jump in and get started. 

'Who Are You' tab– your pet’s official foundation, where adoption papers, microchip details, and pet parent records stay safe and organized.

'How Are You' tab – your pet’s health and wellness story, a timeline of vaccines, vet visits, medications, and more that build into real insights.

'My Community' tab– your pet's unique circle of care, where providers, family, friends, and your trusted caregivers can join in so you’re not carrying it all alone.

Individually, these features are useful. Together, they become your pet’s living story — organized, connected, and always at hand.

✨ Roo Tip: Get a quick start by adding just one pet and just one detail. You’ll instantly see how the app begins to shape itself around their world — and that’s where the journey (and the fun) really begins.

Adding Your First (and Every) Pet.

To add a pet:

1. From the main dashboard, click the  'Add a Pet' button

2. Enter your pet's basic information:  Their name • Species • Breed • Age • Gender • Any known identifiers. Or go beyond the basics and fill out their complete profile. 

3. Choose and upload a profile photo. This can be updated anytime, so don't worry about finding the perfect shot with wind blown hair right now.

4. Tap Save — you now have a starter profile. This is the first brick in building your pet’s world and story.

Once saved, you'll land in the pet's profile and their main dashboard. 

From here, you can begin building out their Pet Info Hub, invite caregivers and request care. 

Roo Tip: Don’t Overlook Your Pet’s QR Code

Every pet gets their own Unique QR Code the moment you create their profile — and it’s one of the most powerful tools in The Riley Roo Way™.

Think of it as your pet’s digital key that can access and share your pet's vital information.

The Four Easy Steps to Building Your Pets World

Ready to see Riley Roo in action? Follow these quick steps to begin: 

1. Add Your First Pet – every journey starts with their profile.

2. Upload One Document – Add an adoption record, vaccine certificate, or microchip details to begin building your pet's Info Hub.

3. Invite Someone You Trust – bring in a partner, sitter, or friend to join your Care Community.

4. Send a Care Request – connect the dots by requesting care and sharing key details.

In just 4 quick steps, you’ve created:
