Your Pet's Profile: Capturing and Sharing Your Pet's Complete Story

Beyond the basics, your pet's complete profile helps tell their entire story. Once you've added your pet, go to their profile to add the optional details that make all the difference:

• Personality & Preferences: • Nicknames or preferred name • Energy level and personality traits • Social preferences (good with kids, other pets, etc.)

• Daily Life Details: • Daily routines or known quirks • Dietary preferences • Favorite activities or toys

Why This Matters: 

This information helps caregivers, friends, and even medical providers understand your pet better — especially when care is shared. The more complete the picture, the better care your pet receives.

The Pet Info Hub and How Use It.

Once you’ve added your pet, you’ll unlock access to their Pet Info Hub—a central place to store and organize important care details.

Think of it as your pet’s personal (and paperless) filing cabinet where you can upload and manage info like:

• Vaccination records

• Medication notes or schedules

• Vet contacts and care instructions

• Feeding routines or daily care notes

We support popular file types like PDF, JPG, PNG, and DOCX, so you can keep everything in one easy-to-access place.

This makes sharing care easier, staying prepared simpler, and lets you personalize what matters most for your pet.

Uploading Documents, Notes and Images to the Pet Info Hub.

There are a few easy ways to add a document, depending on where you are in the app:

1. From your pet’s profile: 

• Tap the “Add a Document or Note” button at the bottom of their profile page.

2. Directly in the Pet Info Hub: 

• Open the Pet Info Hub from your pet’s profile and tap “Add Document or Note.”

3. While using the “How Are You” or “Who Are You” modules:

   • As you navigate through folders in these modules, you’ll have the option to upload a document or note when you reach the end of a section or if nothing has been added yet. Just tap the (+) icon when prompted.

No matter which path you take, your information will be saved in their Pet Info Hub for easy to reference later.

Multi-Pet Families: Managing Multiple Pets Efficiently.

The Riley Roo Way™ is built for multi-pet households — dogs, cats, ferrets, parrots, lizards, you name it.

Each pet gets their own unique profile, their own care history, their own routines, and yes, their own space to shine. You’ll be able to toggle between them and coordinate care without mixing up who gets which meds or which one likes their ears scratched and which one bites.

To add additional pets:

1. From your dashboard, select the 'My Pets' tab.

2. Click the '+' or 'Add Another Pet' button.

3. Repeat the profile setup steps for each pet.

Navigating Between Pet Dashboards

If you care for more than one pet, switching between them is simple.

• On your dashboard or within any core feature (Info Hub, Calendar, Care Requests), you’ll see a pet selector or tab view.

• Click on the pet’s name or profile photo to jump into their individual space.

Each pet has their own Info Hub,  calendar, community, and care records — so you can keep everything clean and tailored.

Whether you care for birds, bunnies, reptiles, goats, guinea pigs, horses, or anything in between, you can create a profile tailored to their unique needs. You can track routines, store records, invite helpers, and organize their care—just like you would for a dog or cat.
