Please be advised that our Inventory Received form will be temporarily unavailable for maintenance starting Friday, March 6th, at 5:00 PM.
You will be able to resume form submissions on Monday morning, March 9th.

Per the Texas EANS requirements, please upload and submit the Inventory Received Form within 10 business days of receiving materials. Failure to do so may result in non-compliance to EANS/GAPS Grant requirements and halt future services or reimbursements.
