Reminders

• Equipment purchased with EANS/GAPS funds must be used for grant purposes only and cannot be used in religious instruction or activities (limited to secular, neutral, and non-ideological purposes).

• Equipment purchased with EANS/GAPS funds is the property of TEA/Region 10 and is at the private school on loan.

• Non-public schools will submit an inventory of equipment and a physical inventory will be conducted of inventory at least once each calendar year.

• Equipment purchased or reimbursed with EANS/GAPS funds is now the property of TEA/Region 10, that it will be added to the campus EANS/GAPS inventory, and it is subject to collection at the end of the grant period.
