Region 10 has a Non-Competitive Procurement Agreement in place with TEA for the EANS grant. That means, there is no bid process and no authorized vendor list. Non-Public schools can select the vendors they choose to work with. Region 10 will do everything that is reasonable to accommodate the vendor the non-public schools choose. Schools can send vendors a link to register with Class Wallet if they want to work with a vendor not listed on Class Wallet.
Schools can enter into a contract with a vendor. Region 10 will NOT enter into a contract with a vendor, beginning July 2022.
Direct Pay will be approved within 21 business days of submission in Class Wallet. Class Wallet (eans@classwallet.com) can provide information about receiving items.
Invoices will be reviewed within 21 business days of submission in Class Wallet. After the approval process, vendors will receive payment in approximately 2 to 6 weeks.
Only non-public schools can submit a request for services.

Equipment purchased or reimbursed with EANS/GAPS funds is now the property of TEA/Region 10 it will be added to the campus EANS/GAPS inventory, and it is subject to collection at the end of the grant period.
