Soft skills are the essential abilities and aptitudes that everyone needs in order to be successful in school, work, and daily life. These are the skills that allow us to be productive, collaborative individuals, such as good communication skills, creativity, problem solving, empathy, and more. Soft skills are also often referred to as "professionalism" or "people skills".
