Social Media Management

1. Have an appointed Chapter leader/Chapter member assist with event photography / videography
   
   

2. Take photos of participants in action (1 group photo, 1 action shot, 1 emotive shot) that reflects the essence of the event
   
   

3. For Social Media Posting  (incl. Instastory / Facebook Live)
   Please ensure to include the following hashtags and tag the following social media accounts.
   Hashtags: #sgredcross #redcrossyouthsg #humanityinourhands
   Social media accounts: @sgredcross @redcrossyouthsg @RCRCSEAYN
   
   

4. Instagram Collab Posts
   After uploading your Reel or feed post, go to the share screen, and tap “Tag People”.
   In the bottom right corner, you’ll see an option to “Invite Collaborator.” After tapping, search and choose the user you’d like to collaborate with.
   Select @sgredcross, share the post as usual, and the creator will receive a request in their DMs. The post will not appear until they’ve accepted your request:
   
   Note: As you can only collaborate with one person on an Instagram Collab post, please do continue to tag @redcrossyouthsg in your instagram post.

Event Management

1. Attendance Taking
   Use the prescribed Volunteer Attendance Sheet to template for attendance taking of your volunteers and event participants. This will facilitate any need for contact tracing.
   
   

2. Consent for Photo Taking / Video Taking
   Use the prescribed Publicity Consent Form to obtain consent for use of photographs, videos and background stories for publicity purposes. This prevents you from the likelihood of breaching any of the Data Protection Provisions
