Event Management Guidelines
Financial Guidelines for RCY Chapters
In general, do note the following:
Cheque Issuance typically takes 2 - 3 weeks processing time
Receipts (original and photocopy) shall be submitted within 1 month from event date, along with any unused balance of Cash Advance issued for your event
Non-event related (i.e. personal) purchases shall not be included in the same receipt.
SRC reserves the right not to process receipts that include non-event related purchases (even if omission has been made).
