Strengthen school climate by developing a social-emotional framework consisting of the work in; restorative practices, training and ongoing support of policies, procedures, and practices contained within the code of conduct such as the guiding principles and matrix, Help Zones, the Relationship Model of Educational Intervention, Culturally Relevant Curriculum, and trauma responsive schools resulting in a reduction of suspensions (duplicated and unduplicated) and serious incidents by 10 percentage points.
