Implementing multi-tiered systems of support with a strong focus on tier 1/core instruction consisting of grade level expectations and assessment for learners ensuring instruction is powerful for every student as measured at the end of the 17-18 school year with a 10% increase in the grades 3-8 NYS ELA and Mathematics assessments for ALL subgroups, an overall increase in the number of 9th graders accumulating 6 credits or more by the end of 9th grade, and an increase of 10% for the four-year June graduation rate for ALL subgroups.
