Most meetings do not require authentication and can quickly be joined using the "Invite link." Students do not have ability to authenticate.
To quickly join a meeting as a guest.
Click on the link
First time may need to click "Install."

Authentication using RCSD account is needed if person is an "alternative host," if proper attendance is required, or if breakout rooms and groupings are pre-assigned.
Authentication forces participants to log in through ROConnect and restricts the meeting to rcsdk12 and rcsd121 accounts.
To join a meeting as an authenticated user:
Log into ROConnect
Select Join a meeting
Paste the Meeting ID or the full Join url in the box
Click Join
Click ok to open Zoom
