Scheduling a Live YouTube Event using Zoom

When a school or staff members need to hold a large, open forum the YouTube Live Streaming is the preferred method to allow parents, staff, or the community to attend. Only participants that will be presenting or actively participating should be invited to the Zoom meeting. All others will be given the link to watch live on YouTube with the ability to actively participate using YouTube Chat.
**Please note: This is not the preferred method for classrooms. Students should be actively participating in the Zoom lesson or working Asynchronously with a pre-recorded video.
