Staff can be "authenticated" (logged into) Zoom in 2 ways: Going in each time through ROConnect or by Download Zoom Desktop Client.
The Zoom Desktop Client does have more features than the application in ROConnect. Comparison between Desktop, Web, and Application.
*When reviewing comparison, please note students are using Chrome OS.
If there is a Zoom icon on your desktop, check to make sure you are logged into Zoom with your first.last@rcsdk12.org Outlook Email address.

Log into Zoom through ROConnect
3. Click SSO sign on (Single sign on) and Keep me signed in.
4. Enter rcsdk12 as the domain and click continue
5. Log into ROConnect to authenticate
You are signed into the Desktop client and can click on a link and stay logged in.

Zoom will periodically ask you to update. If you have the desktop client, you can check to make sure you are using the newest update by going to the profile tab on your desktop app and check for Updates in zoom.
