There are many settings that the RCSD have pre-set to ensure the safety of our students and staff in Zoom. Some of the settings are defaulted to off to allow teachers and staff to choose before starting a meeting. To check and change the settings, Log into ROConnect. This will ensure you are logged into the RCSD domain and all security features are in place.
The settings tab allows you to customize some options in zoom and set the items as a default for future meetings. Some of these settings have been locked by the RCSD Admin or have been set as a default due to safety concerns.
If you are want to turn these features "on" for Zoom meetings, you will need to change the tools to "on (Blue)" before the meeting is started. Both are located In Meeting (Basic)
If you want to restrict the Zoom meeting to RCSDK12 or RCSD121 users ONLY, turn on both Authentication features in Settings.
