P-TECH Rochester is a grade 9-14 early college program that brings together the best elements of high school, college, and the professional world. THe program will prepare students for careers in computing and information technology.
How does P-Tech work?
How does P-Tech work?
Students will take college classes, and gain professional work experience by having opportunities to attain internships with P-TECH business partners; the City of Rochester and Kodak. After 6 years, graduates will earn both a New York State Regents Diploma and an Associates Degree of Applied Science in Information and Network Technology from Monroe Community College.

Enjoy using computers and try their best in math and science courses
Learn the skills to succeed in the highly competitive technology industry
Be curious, dedicated, hands-on learners - ready to take on the challenges of school, college, and work.
Participate in extended day and tutoring when needed
Intern at companies in the Rochester area
