All students in Grades 4-12 will have a district-issued device that they will have at home for the duration of the home instruction.
Students and Parents: a Student Help-Desk form has been created for students to submit software and hardware issues. This is the primary way to recieve tech support. * Note - if a parent is submitting the form on behalf of the student, they must login using the student's district Google credentials.
In the case of hardware issues, tech-department office hours will be communicated to families and issues will be addressed on a case by case basis.
The district has been working with our local cable provider (Altice/Cablevision) with regards to providing wireless internet access to families in need. Principals will be coordinating outreach to those families in order to assure that they have access.
