Joaquin Kull, who recently received his appointment to the United States Military Academy at West Point, posing at the last BOE meeting with Dr. Thumm. In recognition of Veterans Day, Joaquin introduced a video tribute to former RHS basketball star, Richard Oviatt, who was killed in the Vietnam War.
