I changed phones, how do I get Duo back?
If your phone number stayed the same
1.) Go to netid.colostate.edu.
2.) Under "View/Update", select "Two Factor Authentication (Duo)".
3.) Sign in and authenticate using the "Call Me" option.
4.) You'll now see a list of your Duo devices. On the appropriate device, select Reactivate or Activate (whichever appears).
5.) Use the Duo Mobile App to scan the QR code that appears.
If your phone number changed, or the "Call Me" option doesn't work
Please email us at help@colostate.edu with the following information:
Your NetID
Your current phone number
Your old phone number (if applicable)
Your recovery email. This is a personal email (NOT your @colostate.edu or @rams.colostate.edu email) that you have affiliated with your CSU account for account activation or password recovery.
Whether or not your phone can receive texts/calls
