The Checking & Rec. Tab is the subpage of Transactions. It shows the Pending Applications, Needs Assessment, and Inspected status.

Inspect Subscriber "Sofia Navarro" for the new connection application. Just click the Inspect button. The user will input the Inspection Meta

• Recommendation

Technical Specification & Setup

• Check or Uncheck (Water Meter, Gate Valve, Corpo Cock, Main Pipe, Sub main, etc. )

• Other Install / Other Use (Specify if any) & Notes

Assessment / Installation Cost Breakdown

• Assessor Name

• Add Item (if any - specify type, quanity, and unit price)

Save Assessment Button, if the user inputs the correct information. After that, the inspection applications will go to the SOA Tab.

The user can also print the inspection assessment form.
