HOURS OF OPERATION: 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
PLEASE: Campers should arrive no later than 9 a.m. to allow for smooth transition into their groups. Arrival after 9 a.m. may result in your child missing their group time.

You May Mix Weeks of Full-Time & Part-Time Enrollment Providing you meet the minimum requirements for enrollment

Monday - Friday - Day Camp Hours and Minimum 2 week enrollment

You are not required to book the entire summer, but must meet the 2 week minimum. Tuition is due only for the weeks enrolled.
Full-time enrollment requires Field Trip attendance as part of our daily activity on Tuesday & Thursdays * There are no "at camp" activities on trip days.

FIELD TRIPS FOR FULL-TIME ENROLLMENT - Best part of our Summer!!
We run two field trips per week with the last week of camp only one on 8/18.
Full-Time enrollment is automatically signed-up for field trips as this is the activity for the day. There are no "at-camp" activities on Field Trip Days.

TUESDAYS alternate Swim/Hike trips; These are short trips usually 9/10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
THURSDAYS longer trip day; Usually 8/8:30 a.m to 5/6 p.m. depending on Trip

LAST TRIP OF THE SUMMER is held on THURSDAY 8/18 to Salem Willows;
We leave early 8 a.m. and return late 8/8:30 p.m.
Specific Field Trip information will be sent with welcome packet once enrollment is complete

Trip days are available on a first come - first serve basis, only if space is available.
Trip days are not considered part of the 2 Day or 10 day total min for enrollment.
Trips are not guaranteed for part-time enrollment if full-time enrollment uses all the spots available.
Field trip fees are additional. Prices are listed individually on the enrollment form.
We will start a waitlist for part-time wanting to enroll on field trip days on a first come first serve basis. We will notify you if spots are open. We suggest you list these dates with your enrollment under other. We do not charge for these dates or trips until the spots are available.

I CAN LEAD - CIT PROGRAMS - Entering 7th & 12 - 14 years of age
$140/week includes trip fees (more information on this program in drop down under summer home page)
This is a weekly program with a minimum of 3 weeks attendance. This program is not offered part-time. ICL/CIT's are required to sign a code of conduct/commitment contract with parental signature required.
ENROLLMENT SPECIFICS
FORMS REQUIRED; Registration, enrollment and general permissions, along with initial payments as listed below are due at the time paperwork is submitted. All registration & enrollment along with payment are required by June 10th. We will contact you to confirm you have a spot within 72 hours. Registration/Enrollment/Payments received after this date will be subject to a 10% increase in rates additionally we cannot guarantee field trip spots after this time. We will not register your child without payment. Please do not send in forms without proof of payment from uni-pay receipt. All current tuition if you are enrolled in the school year program must be current with no balance. Thank you.
To ENROLL you will need - Registration Form (if new to summer camp), Enrollment Form. Field Trip Permission and Liability forms will be due with confirmation of enrollment.
Registration Fee; $45 for 1 child & $60 2 or more
T-Shirt & Sack Fee $35 per child
$50 Non-Refundable deposit for each week booked (this will come off your last 4 weeks of enrollment). May be waived if previous payments have been received on time and current tuition is up to date.
Outstanding previous balances - We will notify you at time of enrollment if you have an outstanding balance from current or past enrollment with us and request payment be made before registering your child.

IMPORTANT when enrolling and choosing days
We reserve the right to change/move activities or trips as necessary due to weather, staffing and/or other situations beyond our control. At times it is unavoidable. While our theme days are awesome, try to avoid picking camp days based upon a theme or trip as it could change. We recommend picking days you need your child to attend vs days they want to attend or let them know we may need to swap or change days so they are prepared in the event this happens. We do not allow swapping of days due to changes in the schedule. **Once enrolled we cannot guarantee adding any additional weeks or days. If you require additional enrollment days, please be aware there is $15 add day fee for each additional day booked beyond original contracted enrollment above and beyond the tuition rate.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Payment is required for the entire summer, including tuition and trip fees, whether your child attends or not. We do not credit or swap days for non-attendance for any reason to include a required quarantine or changes beyond our control. Cancellations require a two week notice. If we can re-book your child's exact enrollment option we will gladly reimburse minus the deposit fee. If we cannot replace the enrollment you will be required to pay all fees associated with contracted enrollment.

INVOICE and PAYMENT DUE DATES
Once enrolled we will generate an invoice through our Procare system; You CANNOT pay through this system even though it allows you too. **If you have any outstanding school year or summer balance with us regardless of the year, we require payment in full, of that balance, before we will register your child for the summer program. **
Payments will be required 2 x's throughout the summer
One invoice will be sent for the entire summer due on:
June 15th 2022 for: June 27th - July 22nd for the first 4 weeks
July 18th 2022 for: July 25th - August 17th for last 4 weeks (Deposits will come off the last 4 weeks)
You are welcome to pay the entire summer in advance as well or pay weekly providing you have all payments made by July 25th, 2022. If payments fall behind by 2 weeks a notice of suspension will be issued and your child will not be allowed to attend until payment is current. You will still be responsible for all payments required based upon contracted enrollment.

If you are already enrolled in Fun Frontier or your child has attend camp in 2018/2019/2020/2021/SY2022; you only need to fill out the enrollment form. You can adjust your registration directly on the Procare app once it is re-activated.
NEW REGISTRATION TO THE PROGRAM AND CAMP - Please fill out both the registration and the enrollment - we need both to process your child's enrollment. Once your registration is processed, you will get an email invitation to download the PROCARE app, please do so and check all information to be sure it is correct. You can make any changes needed from the app. I would also sign up on the actual website as it gives you additional access to information and balances. You will be required to have the app as this is our messaging/invoice and communication service.

REGISTRATION/ENROLLMENT SPECIFICS
Registration is taken on a first come serve basis. Your registration/enrollment must be complete; incomplete registration will not be considered. This means filling out the forms as requested. If space is limited Full-Time enrollment will take priority. You will be notified by email to be put on the waitlist if we get to that point. Your enrollment cannot change if we call to tell you we have a spot open. If we have any cancellations we will contact you via email in the order we received your request. You will have 24 hours to respond.
NEW REGISTRATION ONLY - NEW ENROLLMENT TO SUMMER CAMP WILL OPEN ON 5/24. You will need to submit this along with the ENROLLMENT. If you are already enrolled in Fun Frontier or have attended camp from 2018 on you will only need to fill out the enrollment form. Will we not take the enrollment form without this registration completed in full.
