MORNING SESSION - 6:30a - 8:30a

AFTERNOON SESSION -3:00p - 6:00p

• • • FULL-TIME: Monday – Friday, Enrollment 5 days a week every morning; every afternoon or both morning and afternoon. This option includes automatic enrollment for early release/curriculum days with no additional charge for afternoon session or both morning and afternoon session enrollment. Morning only enrollment must pre-enroll and pre-pay for all Early Release & Curriculum day enrollment.

    • PART-TIME: 2 day minimum per session (sessions are mornings & afternoons); Enrollment less than 5 days a week morning/afternoon session. This option must pre-enroll and pre-pay for all Early Release and Curriculum days needed. There are no reimbursements for un-used pre-enrolled early release curriculum days.

    • FLEX SCHEDULES: For parents/guardians whose schedules change or rotate each week/month. Use the part-time rates and minimums for enrollment. Must pre-enroll and pre-pay for Early Release/Curriculum Days. A minimum of 2 days per week is required, (early release-curriculum days are not considered part of the 2 days). A min. # of days each week must be pre-confirmed on the contract per week but the exact days of attendance per week can change weekly. Days enrolled must follow the # of weeks per month according to the schedule on the payment/closures calendar. A calendar for the month will be issued 10 days prior to the start of the month. Exact monthly schedule MUST BE submitted at least 5 days prior to the start of the month. Payment is due with the calendar along with a $10 per month administration fee, or attendance will not be allowed. $20 late fee for calendars received less than 5 days before the month starts. All enrollment forms still need to be filled out in their entirety.

INFORMATION REGARDING EARLY RELEASE AND CURRICULUM DAYS

EARLY RELEASE/CURRICULUM DAYS ONLY: UNFORTUNATELY AT THE START OF THE 2021-2022 SCHOOL YEAR WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE ENROLLMENT JUST ON ER/CURR DAYS. Under normal circumstances, we do allow enrollment on just these days. Please be aware that a separate form and contract are needed for these days and it is your responsibility to contact us through procare messaging to confirm attendance and the activity. We do not contact you.

ENROLLMENT FOR EARLY RELEASE AND CURRICULUM DAY We open at 11:15 on Early Release and 6:30 a.m. on Curriculum Days.

· Full-Time Enrollment (excluding mornings) are automatically signed up for these days. You will need to notify us if your child is not attending. Part-time must pre-enroll & pre-pay in advance at time of enrollment.

· All other students must be previously signed up on the enrollment form with payment in advance for each session enrolled. We will not accept sign-up on these days without pre-enrollment. If payment has not been made your child may not attend. We often schedule trips or special events on these days so last minute drop-offs are not allowed. Just because a student attends part-time on a Wednesday does not automatically include the early release days.

· On curriculum days we operate from Hubbardston only, but all Fun Frontier students are welcome to attend. We open at 6:30 a.m. & close at 6 p.m. Students enrolled full-time can attend curriculum days and early release days for no additional charge & are automatically signed up. You must tell us if they are not coming.

· We reserve the right to change activities as needed pending weather or other circumstances. We do not recommend signing up your child just because of the activity as we do sometimes change things and we do not swap or allow adding additional days.
