All performers must arrive in their first costume with hair and makeup done at the venue with appropriate Eisteddfod Uniform Garments over the top. All additional costumes must travel in the provided Pymble Dance Garment Bag. Students will also take School Bag to the Eisteddfod with them.

Filming the competition is strictly prohibited and can result in disqualification. An official Video Operator will film every competitor and the footage will be emailed to Pymble Dance within ten days of the competition. In participating in this Eisteddfod, you agree to the competition using your daughter’s images/video snippets to promote the event.
Students must ensure they have all their required medications on them at all times, this includes their own Epipen, Antihistamines, and Ventolin where required.

All students are to meet at the Dance Studio at 12.45pm to get ready and will be marked on the roll as in an event. All students are to meet their parents at the main doors to the venue at the end of adjudication for sign out and collection. All parents must sign their daughter out.
Junior Eisteddfod students are required to catch a bus to the event. Please provide permission via the app to ensure your daughter can get on the bus. Students will be accompanied by Pymble Staff. **Buses Depart Kelso bus bay at 2.30pm SHARP**.
Parents are to meet at the venue if they wish to spectate. It is the parent's responsibility to collect their daughters at the conclusion of the event. There will be no return bus to the College.
Please make safe and smart choices when parking, dropping off and picking up. Please allow enough time to potentially park walking distance away from the venue.
Students must bring all items required for the Eisteddfod to school, including:
- Makeup
- Hair tools/products (bobby pins, bun nets, etc.)
- Costumes, shoes, and props
- Bodystocking (required for fast changes)
Students will have time to get ready in the Dance Studio between 12:45pm and 2:30pm.
Students may leave class at lunchtime on Friday 24 May and must meet at the Dance Studio, where staff will assist with hair and makeup.
- No parental assistance is required at school.
All performers must:
- Arrive at the venue in their first costume with hair and makeup done.
- Wear Eisteddfod Uniform Garments over their costume when arriving.

Ravenswood School for Girls
All students are to meet at the Dance Studio at 8.15am to get ready and will be marked on the roll as in an event.
All Junior Eisteddfod students are required to travel to and from the event by bus, accompanied by Pymble staff. Permission must be provided via the MyPymble app prior to students getting on the bus.
Buses will depart from the Kelso bus bay at 9.00am sharp.
The return bus will leave the venue at 12.30pm, with students arriving back at school for the remainder of the day.
Due to limited capacity at the venue and the number of schools participating, parents are not permitted to attend this event. We appreciate your understanding.
Students are required to bring all items for this performance to school including make–up and hair requirements. Students can come to school in their dance uniform with their sports tracksuit over the top. Students have permission to meet the dance staff at the dance studio where there will be staff to assist them with hair and makeup. No parental assistance is required.

Sydney Opera House – Concert Hall
Parking is available in the Sydney Opera House Parking. Please be mindful that many students will be arriving at the same time. The parking line is known to be very long. Please leave enough time for this, as parents are required to bring in their daughters to meet the dance representative. All students go backstage at one time, so any late arrivals will miss out.
Meeting
Please meet at the bottom of the Opera House Steps. If it is raining, please meet just under the steps under cover.
Pick Up
We will bring the students back to the meeting point at the bottom of the Opera House Steps at the completion of adjudication.
Please note that mobile phone coverage backstage is non-existent. Please make sure that you are on time at the meeting point. Once your daughters have been dropped off there will be no contact until the pick-up time set. Parents are not allowed in the vicinity of the stage door.
All parents are required to physically sign out their daughters.

All dance teachers for each group will also be present. Please note the teacher assigned to each dance group. Upon arrival, kindly look for the teacher corresponding to your child's group, they will be there to assist and guide the students.

Please meet Dance Staff in the Dance Studio and be signed in by a member of staff here. Please meet at 9.30am. Once dancers have performed, they will return to the Dance Studio for pickup escorted by Dance Staff. Please note pickup will be at 11.15am from the Dance Studio.
Students will be performing in an ‘stage’ space that will be curated at the bottom of the Chapel steps, and parents are welcomed to watch their daughters perform here.
Students are to wear Pymble Dance T-shirts and their Navy Claire duo shorts or tights and sneakers (this includes Contemporary and Lyrical Troupes).
Jazz and Lyrical: hairstyle of own choice. Must be out of student’s face.

This year, all garment bags have been named, and all costume items have name tags.
Please keep costumes hung up at all times.
Air out or wash costumes if needed between Eisteddfods.
Always check items in Garment Bag before and after an Eisteddfod.
Report any missing or damaged items to dance department.
Costumes are the property of Pymble Ladies’ College, and any misplaced or damaged costumes will be charged at full price.

Gently hand wash garments separately in cold water, using a mild liquid detergent. Take care with any Beads and Sequins.
