About me - Valerie Smith-Gonzalez
One of my favorite things about teaching both elementary and middle school students is having the opportunity to watch them grow in their art from 3rd grade to 8th grade. I look forward to seeing what your child can become!
I received my undergraduate degree from Susquehanna University in 2019, where I worked with multiple youth strings groups and summer music camps such as Central Oak Heights Music Camp. Outside of PV, I work with Souderton-based Got Strings? Youth Orchestra as the elementary orchestra director and I teach privately at Clemmer's Music. I am currently working on my Masters of Music Education degree at West Chester University.
The best way to contact me is via email. You may also contact me by phone during school hours via either number below. If I don't answer one, try the other as I may be in the other building! I'm also available for video chat, which can be scheduled via email.
I use youtube to post authorized performances as well as lessons for 3rd-8th grade. Feel free to check out what I have so far!
