If you are a Student-Athlete and wish to play a sport at the college level you need to register on one or both of these Eligibility Centers websites. We recommend that you wait and register during your Junior year.
The Eligibility Center certifies the academic and amateur credentials of all students who want to play sports at an NCAA Division I or II institution or at one of the hundreds of NAIA Schools as freshmen. In order to practice, play and receive an athletic scholarship, students need to meet certain academic benchmarks. An additional certification process exists to make sure the student is still an amateur, which is necessary in order for the student to compete.
