Camp

We are hoping to make it to our end-of-year camping trip set for June 1-3, 2026!  (M-W the last week of school.)

Tentative Camp Itinerary:

Day 1: 

8:00 Campers arrive at school to load gear with camp groups

9:00 Leave school

12:30 Arrive at camp and eat lunch

1:00 Hike to visitor's center and museum/ scavenger hunt

4:30 Set up camp and begin dinner

7:00 Group campfire activity

9:30 Lights out! In bed and quiet

Day 2:

7:00 Wake up, fish, breakfast and lunch for hike, clean up & prepare for the 

day

9:00 Meet to begin the hike

12:00 Lunch on the hike

4:30 Back to camp, prepare for dinner

6:30 Group skit assignments for campfire

7:30 Campfire activity

9:30 Light’s out! In bed and quiet.

9:45 Night Hike for all 100% readers

11:00 Night hikers return and go to bed

Day 3:

6:30 Wake up, fix breakfast, clean up to leave

9:00 Camp inspection

9:15 Final group meeting and check out, leave for Evergreen

12:30 Arrive at Evergreen 6, check out in the library and head home. Have a 

great summer, you’re a 

7th grader now!

*Definition of waterproof: After putting this on, you can go into the shower, 

turn it on full blast, turn around, and remain dry.

PLEASE REMEMBER THAT ALL GEAR MUST BE TAKEN HOME THE 

DAY WE RETURN FROM CAMP. PLEASE MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO 

BE PICKED UP AROUND 1:00. THE PHONE IN THE OFFICE WILL BE 

AVAILABLE WHEN YOU RETURN- YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO 

TAKE CAMPING GEAR ON THE BUS.
