Task Description: When you are working with me, we will be focusing on the physical aspect of being active. While doing this, we will also think about our emotions when we are active, and finding ways to link them to more positive feelings. Link
WALT: understand what it means to be mindful.
Task Description: We will be looking at what it means to be mindful. We will look at different ways that we can take care of our health and well being. Make a copy of this Google Slide and complete the activities once you have watched the video.
WALT: Use Photopea to express and demonstrate different emotions
Task Description: We will be discussing how different situations can cause us to feel different emotions, and how we express those. We will then demonstrate emotional reactions using Photopea.
WALT: understand what it means to be mindful and have positive fitness habits.
Task Description: We will be learning all about mindfulness is and how we can use this in our everyday lives. We will also be learning some new exercises that you can use every day to show a postive, active and fit life.

Understand that nutrition is an important part of keeping our mind and body healthy.
Task Description, In this inquiry rotation we will talk about how fruit and vegetables are important and how these foods help our brain and bodies stay strong and healthy. You will also get to make your own healthy fruit salad.
