Roger Malloy Award

ROGER MALLOY AWARD INFORMATION

The Roger Malloy Award is an award presented by the PSOA to a member that has provided exceptional service to the PSOA and the local soccer community.  Recipients of this award have, over the years, selflessly done the little (and sometimes not so little) things for the betterment and advancement of soccer on the Peninsula.  

Each year, the PSOA Executive Committee solicits nominations from the PSOA membership for the Roger Malloy Award.   Members are encouraged to consider any nominations they wish to make for the Roger Malloy Award and present them to the board - privately.

The Executive Committee will consider each nominee for the Roger Malloy Award, and they will choose the award recipient(s) based on merit.

On the Main Plaque it says:

FOR FAITHFUL SERVICE TO PSOA

Awarded Beginning December 6, 1999

For Overall Service and Dedication

To Our Refereeing Program

It is not an annual award.
