MENTORING - Referees something to consider:
Interested in getting a free, informal game feedback from an experienced PSOA member? This written informal feedback (WIF) while reffing a game can help you determine your comfort/skill level and is a NOT an official USSF assessment. It is a development tool for you to use and then build from. This full game session will provide both oral and written feedback and advice, if you are interested in this free service by PSOA, contact your PSOA league assignor or David Elliot (PSOA Director of Referee Mentorship/Coaching)

The listed PSOA members (approved by the PSOA Executive Committee) have agreed to work in support of PSOA as referee mentors. They will be supporting the informal on the fly (OTF) aspects of the PSOA Referee Mentoring Program and the added emphasis on mentoring our new, younger recreation league officials. Most of these mentors will also support the program’s written informal feedback (WIF) observation program. Which is based on a full game’s observation, with verbal and written feedback provided to the referee at no cost. A WIF can be requested, by an individual or by an assignor, by contacting David Elliot, PSOA Director of Mentoring (davidewould@gmail.com) who manages the overall program.
