HJALMAR FOND AWARD (YOUNG REFEREE OF THE YEAR)

The "PSOA Young Referee of the Year Award" has been set up and designated as the:

Hjalmar Fond Young Referee of the Year

The PSOA Executive Committee accepts nominations throughout the year in support of this award.

Assigners are an integral part of identifying candidates for this award. Candidates must be under 18 years old at the end of the calendar year.

Nominations must be supported with a written review from the nominator! (is nominator even a word - lol).

Note: The award is not necessarily a yearly award. It is awarded in any particular year to a youth referee that has been nominated and then selected.
