Bylaws: Govern how the PSOA shall operate as a business. Bylaws are internal rules and regulations set up by an association or organization for the purposes of conducting business and self-regulation.
Policies and Procedures (attachments): Policies and procedures are a means for PSOA to formally set out what is intended and how to carry out the stated objectives. Carefully considered and correctly implemented policies and procedures reduce the risk of an organization making errors or failing because of a lack of focus by not having set policies. The PSOA policies and procedures are defined by attachments to the Bylaws. They allow for frequent modification to accommodate updates, clarifications and changes as needed in support of PSOA objectives, relative outside policies that affect PSOA, and to define goals that PSOA wants to achieve.
