Peninsula Soccer Officials Association

Welcome to the PSOA website. PSOA provides soccer officials throughout the Hampton Roads area and strives to:

• Promote the game of soccer.  

• Promote fair play and sportsmanship amongst all the participants of the game.

• Recruit, train, test, and assign referees for organizations requesting the services of soccer officials.

• Improve the standard and consistency of refereeing by educating its members in the approved mechanics of officiating, uniform standards, and application of the laws of the game. 

• Promote a closer relationship between referees, players, coaches, soccer associations, and other interested parties.
