Cafeteria Lunch Monitors
Cafeteria Lunch Monitors
The cafeteria would love to welcome parent volunteers to help with lunch monitor duties. Volunteers will assist with everything from opening those pesky juice boxes to encouraging positive behavior with a smile! Students will now be in the cafeteria from 10:20 to 12:51.
Can't stay the whole time? No problem! We welcome any amount of help — feel free to sign up even if you can only stay for part of your selected slot. Sign up is coming soon!

GENTS (Guys Engaging and Nurturing Tomorrow's Scholars) is a PSE's men's volunteer group.
Our goals are simple:
Give students more opportunities to interact with positive male role models.
Lend a hand at key school events like the Winter Carnival.
We’re starting small — just one hour a week from one male volunteer on campus—and we’ll grow from there.

Standing Committees - each Standing Committee is led by one chair person who is a member of the PSE PTA Executive Board (voting members). Some of these chairs also oversee other committees and check in with the committees several times a year for questions and support.
Committees - These positions are in charge of a specific part of the the PTA ranging from one event in the year to several things throughout the year. You are welcome to chair the committee with another person as well!
Standing Committees
Carnival Committee Chair
On/Off campus, Fall semester prep/December carnival, 0-5 hrs a week during fall
Oversee the different planning components of the carnival. Supervise the running of the carnival in December. Attend executive board meetings.

Family Nights
On campus, 3-4 events throughout the year, evening/after school events
run events such as Trunk or Treat, Movie Night, and the school dance.
PBIS Chair Shadow
on/off campus, throughout the year, assemblies, prize cart, and school celebration dates
Shadow our current PBIS chair to learn all of the pieces of PBIS that PTA supports
Carnival Volunteer Coordinator
on campus, December Carnival, times flexible
organize and oversee volunteers for the winter carnival including creating a sign up prior for volunteers and signing them in the day of the carnival.
Carnival Games

organize and create games for winter carnvival.
Carnival Publicity
off campus, December Carnival, times flexible
create flyers and post about the carnival on all school media avenues.
Carnival Emcee
