2026-2027 Slate the committee is proposing for the Executive Board

The PSE PTA Nominations Committee was formed on February 23, 2026 and was tasked with seeking nominations for next school year's PSE PTA Executive Board. The committee members were Ramon Telles, Katie Wiechnicki, and Amy Beer, with Vanessa Goldman as an alternate. After receiving nominations, here is the slate the committee is proposing for the Executive Board:

President: Amanda Black

Vice President of Outreach (VP 1): Stephanie Hart

Vice President of Fundraising (VP 2): Meredith Clark

Secretary: Bethany Farnsworth

Treasurer: Katy Wortham

The general PTA membership will vote on approving the slate at the next general meeting on April 20.

PTA 8 Standing Committees & Subcommittees

8 distinct are work groups that lead the outreach (programs), the membership and the fundraising effort at PSE PTA.

Each Standing Committee is led by one chair person who is a member of the PSE PTA Executive Board (voting members). Standing Committees may also be supported by many talented volunteers spearheading and/ or assisting to serve on one or more projects.

Get Involve Opportunities (for next year!)

-Treasurer Shadow (On/Off campus, throughout the year)-shadow our current treasurer to learn all of the systems she currently has in place in hopes of taking over the position next year.

-Membership Assistant (On/Off campus, throughout the year, times flexible) - shadow our current Membership chair to learn what goes into running the membership committee to take over the following year.

-[Currently Vacant] Art in Education Committee Chair - (On/off campus, throughout the year, time flexible) - supporting 3 major Art programs: Reflections (Fall), Variety Show (Spring), Cultural Arts/DEI (Spring)
