Chapter 2:
Ties, Actors, Flows
Are you curious to see the networks of different phenomena and see their relations with one
another?
Jonah Berger once said connecting with others is rewarding; it makes us feel like we're not alone in the world. He meant that it gives individuals the sense that they are put on this earth for a reason and that they are somehow connected with humanity because of our methods in communication. Networks involve a group of people who are linked with each other through relationships, information and common interests. These often result in a community interacting with each other due to those similarities creating essential bonds which create beneficial outcomes for everyone involved.
The brochure describes what and how a network functions. In addition, the basic elements of a network are briefly defined as well as some examples to showcase how they function and interconnect to each other.
