Afterschool Programs
Private After Schools
All private after school programs must submit a permission slip from parents that they are responsible to pick up their child after school.
Please allow 24 hours for the permission slip to go into effect. Same day permission slips will not be granted access and a parent must pick up their child for that day.
All private after school counselors MUST pick up their students at EXIT 4 (cafeteria doors) at 2:40PM.
If the private after school counselor is late picking up a child, they must go to the main entrance and announce the late child they are picking up and sign our late pick up roster.
If parents want to change or remove an after school program from picking up their child, they must send in a written consent to their child's teacher via Class Dojo or email our Parent Coordinator, Jenny Li Jiang at ljiang3@schools.nyc.gov.
