EMP or Explicit Mathematics Program is a K-3+ explict instruction math program newly developed in Australia. They will be adding a grade 4+ level at the beginning of their school year in January 2027. 

In Praire Rose, we had approximately twelve K-3 classrooms who began a pilot of EMP resources and lesson structures in February to June 2026.  In Fall 2026, we have over 60 classrooms of all shapes, grades and sizes (at 12 schools) starting their EMP journey
