Login & Accessing/Printing Testing Documents
***Do not use the Microsoft Login or Google Login - you will get an error message. Watch the video about using your email login....
***If you log in to the newlearnalberta.ca site and can't see the Assessment Materials as described in the video, you should notice a "Request Teacher Access" link (see image) when you click your name in the top right corner. You will be prompted to add your Alberta Teaching Certificate Number. It can be found by going to the AtrieveERP link; login and click "My Info" and then "Dashboard"
If you have already added your Teacher Certificate Number in the past, you do not have to add it again.
Accessing Individual and Class Test Results
Note that you must be logged into your Alberta Education New Curriculum site to access your results.

For fall 2023 testing, the PRPS deadline for testing is September 29. Scores must be submitted to the Learn Alberta Website by September 29.
Submitting Assessment Results : LENS, CC3, Numeracy
You will need an Alberta ED teacher account which Tannis has created for all of you on the backend. This is the website new.learnalberta.ca Make sure you login with your PRSD8 email and then click forgot password. You will then follow instructions to change your password. If it is the first time that you are doing this, you will be prompted to enter your AB Teacher Certificate #.
We then want to open your SLA teacher app. Go to this link https://public.education.alberta.ca/assessment/ ( Sign in)
You will only see the grade 3 SLA icon on the screen. Click "teacher access" in the top right-hand corner.
Your school name should appear at the top; ****be sure the very top left says 2023-24 (not 2017-18)
On the left side click digital assessment, from drop-down choose "manage class list" --> click "New" --> name your class and select the grade: when you start typing, your name should appear for "who you are creating a class for" (if you are not there it is because you did not set up an account); save class list
Scroll does and click the blue "+ Add" button beside the students in your class
Click the blue save button at the bottom of the page when your class list is correct.
On the next screen, scroll down to "Selected Assessment" and click the tab for your grade "Literacy/Numeracy Screener"
Click the "+ select assessments" button in the middle of the page; click the boxes beside the appropriate tests for your grade; you will need to enter an approximate date to proceed.
Follow on-screen instructions as they appear.

Finding the Intervention Documents
Go to https://new.learnalberta.ca/help and log in (scroll to top of this page for log in instructions). The Interventions are in these sections that highlighted in blue in these screenshots.
