Plant Replacement for Retail: 

No plant replacement will be honored without the physical copy of the receipt from the time of purchase. If you do not have a receipt, we will not accept a copy of the transaction from your bank or credit card statement, no acceptations. 

There is no warranty on the following types of plants: Annuals, Vegetable Plants, Herbs, Houseplants, or Succulents. All trees, perennials, and shrubs are guaranteed for a 6 month replacement at half the price purchased as either a replacement, or credit towards another plant.

At the first signs of stress, images of the concerned plant should be emailed to our team at sales@protechfarmandnursery.com, so we can provide recommendations, diagnosis, or a treatment plan for the plant. 

If the plant dies within 6 months of purchase you will get 50% of the purchase price toward a replacement. It does not have to be the same type of plant. In order to be granted the replacement warranty you must bring your receipt from the time of purchase that is dated no more than 6 months prior and the dead plant back to the nursery. If this cannot be done, please contact our team at (540) 860 - 4485 for the reasoning why the plant cannot be brought back as there is little room for acceptance on plants not being returned. You can visit the team at the register who will access the plant, then determine if the appropriate criteria has been met for the warranty. The credit cannot be carried over and must be used to purchase a replacement, or different plant that same day. 

Exceptions to the Replacement Policy that make the policy null & void:

• Acts of nature: This includes any type of weather, animal damage, or other damage caused by human behavior such as a car accident, etc.

• Plants that have been planted in pottery

• Plants that have not been planted: plants that are still in the original container and have died or ones that have not received any care. 

Plant Guarantee for Wholesale:

There is no guarantee on plants bought with Wholesale or Contractor pricing. This policy stands due to the low wholesale pricing, which is only offered to professionals in the “Green Industry”. Thus, the plants should be professionally handled and selected.
