No, legally we cannot install tire chains. Professional chain installers you encounter along highways during inclement weather are actually tested and permitted by the State of California. Leland Snowplay is neither permitted nor insured to place chains on private vehicles.

Please note, Employees are prohibited from performing tire chain installation. NO EXCEPTIONS!
