There are several methods of getting a hold of us. However, in winter our Management and Staff are hard at work ensuring the Park is 100% ready for your visit, and some of those methods of contacting us are less effective.

• If you are contacting us regarding a question about your visit, please review this Google Sites FAQ Page. Its very likely the answer is here.
• If you can not locate the answer to your question here or on our website, we have a contract employee managing our Facebook Page who can answer your questions via Facebook Messenger in short order.
• If you call the Lodge on a weekend or holiday, you are likely to get the answering machine, as we are probably busy helping the thousands guests on the hill and in the lodge. For critical issues/questions, to book reservations, or for business/financial transactions, please contact us at (209) 965-4719. If we are busy with guests, please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
