SAMR is a model for technology integration that defines the level or depth learning through the use of technology to engage and inspire students to achieve learning targets that would not be possible without the use of technology.
The participants identified specific needs for personal and district-wide implementation of blended learning strategies. These needs included the four T’s, templates, tools, training, and time.
